The customer has to read the general conditions before making an internet order. Upon ordering the customer is asked explicitly to confirm that he accepts these conditions, if not he can’t complete the order.

2. Generalities and definitions:

Only the current sales conditions are applicable to internet sales by (Acehouse) to end users. All other conditions are excluded. (Acehouse) may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions. On current contracts the conditions remain which were applicable at the time of the conclusion of the sale. The agreement may be concluded in Dutch, French, German, Italian or English depending on the choice of the customer. All further data will be in one of these languages. The customer will not be able to rely on the fact that the chosen language is not sufficiently mastered to invoke the inapplicability of one or more conditions. Any dispute is subject to Belgian law.

3. Formation of the internet sales:

The catalog of products and their description to be found on, does not constitute an offer. Only upon receiving the confirmation e-mail the sale has been closed. (Acehouse) reserves the right to request additional information to the customer for safety and security reasons and reserves the right to refuse the order. Also orders showing that the purchaser intends to re-sell the products can invoke a refusal of the order by (Acehouse).

4. Transfer of ownership:

Notwithstanding Article 1583 of the Civil Code, delivered or installed goods remain our exclusive property until full payment of the invoice. Despite this reservation of title, the risk for loss or damage is transferred to the customer from the moment of reception of the goods.

5. Prices:

Our prices are VAT included. Normal delivery or shipping costs are indicated, but may vary taking into account the information provided by the customer on his delivery. All deals remain valid for as long as they are included on the website. The indicated prices can always change. If an order is placed, the internet sales price that was applicable at the time of ordering is applicable.

6. Payment:

The customer can pay his order:

Through Mollie, our electronic payment partner with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, V-Pay, Dankort, Nordea, Carte Bancaires, CartaSi, Ideal, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort Banking, EPS, Belfius Direct Net, ING Home'Pay, KBC/CBC Betaalknop, Przelewy24, PostePay, SEPA Bank Transfer and Apple Pay.


The goods are delivered by a courier. For this, the customer pays a contribution. The costs are clearly indicated during the order process. Alternatively, the customer can also pick the goods up after making a prior appointment. Regardless of the method of delivery, the customer signs for receipt of the delivery. For safety and security, the courier may ask upon delivery for an identification, a confirmation email or the original invoice from the customer.

Delivery: For items that are in stock at the time of order, wil confirm via email to the customer the expected delivery date. (With the exception of orders during the holidays will strive to send items that are in stock within 7 working days) For items that are not in stock at the time of order, will confirm the customer via email the expected delivery dates as soon as it is known. For consumers, the legal warranty is 2 years.

a) This warranty covers only a lack of conformity which existed already upon the delivery of the goods. Are therefore excluded: any direct or indirect damage caused after delivery of the goods (eg by oxidation, shocks, falls, improper installation ...) parts or accessories that need to be regularly replaced; defects caused by fire, water, lightning, accidents, natural disasters; defects caused by intent, negligence or improper handling, improper maintenance or abnormal use or use of the device contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer; damage resulting from a commercial, professional or collective use of the device.

b) The lack of compliance shall be reported within 2 months after reception.

c) The warranty is valid only if the client relies on the sales service of (Acehouse). If the client directly invokes the manufacturer, any costs will be borne by him. In case of intervention by a non-www.cable (Acehouse) designated third party, the warranty will be void.

d) The invoice or the delivery note represents the title and must be kept by the customer in original form. The warranty begins on the date of collection or delivery.

e) The warranty is not transferable. The warranty cannot be applied if the goods change owner.

10. Right of withdrawal:

This provision applies only to internet sales to consumers. According to the Law of 6 April 2010, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product . This period should allow the customer to evaluate the product purchased "as in a shop window." Used, installed, damaged or incomplete equipment cannot be returned. The customer who wishes to exercise this right shall contact within 14 days. Moreover, he must resend the goods within the same period in the original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instructions and (a copy of) the invoice / delivery note at his expense and under its responsibility and return it to: www.cable- (Acehouse) Webshop, Allée de Mésanges 108, 5620 Morville, Belgium; 
 Within 30 days after acceptance of the return (Acehouse) will return the sums paid, except for the costs of delivery. Will in no case be taken back:

• installed, used, dirty, damaged or incomplete items;

• items whose packaging (or part thereof) was opened so that they can no longer be sold as new;

12. Non-liability statement: (Acehouse) can not be held responsible for accidents with the material supplied. Zipline systems and bungee braking systems are potentially dangerous and can cause serious injury or even death if improperly installed or used. The owner of the zipline personally assumes all risks and responsibility for any damage, injury or death, regardless of how this could occur after using our products. The owner of the installed zipline and bungee braking system is responsible for his own equipment and its safe use. He is aware that he has to stand for the safe selection, installation and use of his own equipment. Moreover, he must guarantee a regular maintenance and inspection of all parts of the zipline. By accepting the conditions of purchase, the user confirms that he is aware of this disclaimer of liability.

The parties accept electronic evidence.
