Our shipping partner is Bpost, the leading supplier of postal and parcel service solutions to, from and within Belgium. Because we ship big and heavy parcels up to 30 kg we cannot offer free shipping but our shipping costs are fairly calculated based on weight and shipping country.
Shipping
With the exception of orders during the holidays www.cable-ride.com will strive to send items that are in stock within 10 working days. Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, you will receive an email to inform you your product has been shipped.
Domestic
Shipping within Belgium has an estimate delivery time of 10 working days. (with a maximum of 15 days).
Shipping within Belgium using Bpost we will provide you a Tracking code for the Bpost website www.bpost.be/track to track your shipment.
Europe
Shipping within Europe has an estimate delivery time of 1 to 4 weeks. However, weather, holidays, location, and customs play a huge part in shipping and delivery time, and could slow down the process.
Shipping within Europe using Bpost and its local partners in each European country will give you a Tracking code for the Bpost website www.bpost.be/track to track your shipment.
International shipping
International shipping outside Europe has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 12 weeks. However, weather, holidays, location, and customs play a huge part in shipping and delivery time, and could slow down the process.
International shipping outside Europe using
Bpost and its local partners in each European country will give you a Tracking code for the Bpost website www.bpost.be/track to track your shipment.
We are not liable for any damages or lost items during the shipping process, and we obtain proof of postage for all items sent.
We ship all items from Belgium.
Returns
We do accept (international) returns. In order to be eligble for a return the product has to be in its original packaging and condition, without having any damages. We are not responsible for any lost or damages that happen during the shipping process.
If the order arrived within –
- 30 days for Belgium;
- 4 weeks for Europe; and
- 12 weeks for international orders,
We will accept returns within 14 days of the arrival of the package. The costs of the shipping of the return or exchange is for the customer. We refund the amount of the original order within 30 days.
